A new packing machine is streamlining our factory processes. The machinery of Neptune’s production facilities in Zwaagdijk-Oost, The Netherland, has been supplemented with a new packing machine that compresses all produced mattresses for transport. Mattresses with a specific weight of up to 110 kg/m3 can be packed with the heavy duty rollpack machine. Mattresses become considerably smaller due to this packaging technique and are therefore easier to transport – even small enough to transport in a passenger car – and less vulnerable to damage. This reduces transport costs considerably, while making them easy to move. The shape retention and thickness of the mattresses are guaranteed so you can sleep on your new mattress the same night.
